Attention Visa Credit Card Members!

Your Ulster FCU Visa Credit Card is Getting an Upgrade! You should be receiving a NEW card mid-August, featuring a new card design with fast, secure, contactless 'Tap to Pay.' This new card cannot be activated until Monday, August 24th, and should be activated using the phone number on the card. Upon activation, you will be prompted to setup your PIN. Until August 24th, you should continue to use your Silver Visa Credit Card.

-Easy-to-use mobile friendly app to manage your card
-Similar points-based rewards program (statement credit, merchandise, travel, gift cards) - *Rewards points will be unable to be redeemed during the new program setup starting on 8/24, and should be accessible again mid-September. Existing points will be transferred to the new program, and you will continue to earn points during the new program setup period.

Our new Visa Credit Card Mobile App and website URL will release and launch on August 24th - stay tuned for updated information. At that time, cardholders will need to update their Mobile Wallet with their new card information to continue using their card through their Mobile Wallet.

If you have any recurring payments linked to your current credit card, you'll need to update them with your new card number. If you currently have automatic payments set up for your credit card monthly payment, you'll need to re-establish those payments using our new card portal.
