WHY ULSTER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?

We want to help you establish roots. We are Ulster County's first credit union, and have been helping members since 1940. We believe that "People are Worth More than Money," and stand behind that statement by giving our members fast and personal member service. We offer account options that suit YOU, such as checking accounts, and low loan interest rates. 

MEMBER SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Everyone's got one!

The account must maintain a minimum balance of $1.00, which makes you a member of our credit union.

SERVICES

We offer Visa Debit Cards, Card-Nav Debit Card Controls, Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Wallet, Nationwide ATM's, E-Statements, as well as personal, friendly service.

HOW TO OPEN

This account can be opened at any one of our branch locations. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Ulster County, New York. Once you are a member, you are always a member.

REQUIRED ITEMS

  • A responsible party (ages 18+) must be joint owner on the account for liability purposes
  • $1.00 for member savings account deposit
  • Proof of physical address [if the address on your ID is not current]
  • An unexpired government issued ID (ages 16+) OR Original Birth Certificate & Social Security Card
  • Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
