She oversees the lending team and helps ensure the department runs smoothly, taking a steady, solutions-focused approach to daily operations and challenges. She is a Notary Public, providing added support to both members and the organization, is a Ulster County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Graduate, and has her CUCE certification through America's Credit Union.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling, and going on cruises. She also has a sweet tooth for cake and enjoys the simple moments in life.
Laura Rittie
Senior Loan Officer

Laura is a Senior Loan Officer at Ulster FCU with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, and more than 4 years dedicated to lending. She specializes in home equity lending and is known for helping members feel informed and confident throughout the lending process. She is also a Notary Public, offering added convenience when important documents need to be completed.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys camping, reorganizing something that probably didn't need reorganizing, and/or figuring out the next small project to tackle. She also appreciates having an office with a window - and will happily mention it to anyone who listens.

Elissa is a Loan Officer who has been with Ulster FCU for over 3 years. She guides members from application to closing, staying involved throughout the entire lending process to ensure a smooth experience.
Known for her approachable communication style, she's often the first to answer the phone, and helps members feel comfortable asking questions, and considering their loan options. She has a strong appreciation for a good pen and a set of highlighters to keep things organized and on track.
Outside of work, Elissa has a constant itch to travel, and loves taking road trips, returning home with a meaningful souvenir from each adventure.

She meets directly with members to review goals, explain loan options, and helps them feel confident in their decisions, while staying engaged throughout the entire process. Anna takes pride in being approachable and thorough in her conversations, ensuring each member understands the path forward. Outside of work, Anna enjoys building with LEGOs, collecting cactus plants, and finds joy in watching things grow - whether that's a project, a collection, or an idea slowly coming together piece by piece.
